To ensure durability, we rub each cutting board with food-safe bee's wax. Remember to hand wash with soap and water. We recommend applying mineral oil or bee's wax every few months to help season the wood. Please note that wood is a natural material, so slight color variations of the wood and the image may occur and may be lighter or darker than the product photos. Excessive carving over the engraved image may cause the etching to fade.
